Our return policy is 30 calendar days from the date you purchased the products. Please note that Grab Bag purchases are not returnable, as indicated on the product detail pages for those products. Should you desire to return any other products, please send the item(s) back to us at:

You must include your name, the order number (located in the upper right hand corner of your packing list), and your telephone number. A copy of the original packing slip would be great (keep the original for your reference). When we receive your returned products, we'll process your credit for the cost of the item(s) plus any applicable sales taxes. The original shipping and handling charges are not credited. We will process your refund to your credit card account after we receive the returned products from you. The credit should be reflected on your next credit card statement. If you feel you have not received your refund in a timely manner, please call us at 1-800-361-2975 or e-mail us at emaildesk@chevroncars.com. We'll check on the status of your refund and either call or e-mail you, typically within one business day.

If we shipped you the wrong product, we'll send a UPS Call Tag to have the products picked up from your home or office. If you choose to return any items under our 30 Day Return Policy, we ask that you ship the items back to us, either via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service, at your cost. After we receive the item(s), if you are due a credit we'll post a credit to your credit card for the amount you paid for the item(s) plus any applicable sales tax. We do not credit the original shipping and handling charges.
