With all of the training that you do, have you all finished college? What college do/did you attend?
Since I have been preparing for the Olympics this year I didn’t attend college the 2nd semester. I have been going to the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. I intend to transfer to Ohio State after the Olympics.

If you have not finished your degree, do you plan to go back to school?
Yes, I will start school again in the winter of 2005.

When you are training, how often do you have class?
When I am training I usually have class everyday with the exception of this year, since I am taking a break. It is a very busy schedule, but I try to manage my time.

What do/did you study in college?
My major is Health and Fitness Management.

Do you have a favorite subject?
I enjoyed taking Anatomy in college. Learning about the human body was very helpful for my gymnastics.

Did you attend a regular school growing up?
Yes, I was never home schooled. I went to Waukesha South High School. I am very happy to have gone to a regular school.

Were you able to participate in regular school activities such as dances, athletics, etc.?
I did have somewhat of a normal life in high school. I went to some dances and different athletic events. Of course I was very busy with gymnastics so I didn’t get to participate in high school as much as I would have liked to.

Do you think you will use your degree from college later in life? What type of job would you like to have after your gymnastics career?
I hope that I will use my degree from college somehow later in life. I am not sure what I intend to do after I am finished with gymnastics, but I intend to stay involved with gymnastics somehow.
