Do you spend time outside the gym with your team members?
Since I have lived here in Colorado for 8 years now there have been a lot of guys that have come through here. But being in this situation with my teammates we tend to hang out quite a bit when we can.
How many hours a day do you have to spend with family and friends?
Not much time with the family considering I am away from them. But I do try to see them as much as I can around the holidays and times like those.
What are your favorite things to do outside of the gym?
I mainly just like chilling out. I have a lot of friends out here in Colorado so when we can we usually like to get together and hang out and do the normal things.
What keeps you busy when you are not training?
It is hard to pass the time but I spend a lot of time on the computer and hanging out at my house. I have a puppy now so she keeps me pretty busy.
