Welcome to the Big Top where you will witness acts of the bizarre and the inexplicable. Under this tent your eyes will feast on sights of incredible courage, tremendous talent and amusing antics! But don’t let your eyes get too full, because you’ll want to fill your belly with the taste of peanuts, popcorn and cotton candy! Have a seat, get comfortable and enjoy the show!

A day at the circus can be a fun one indeed. Wandering the fairgrounds before you enter the big top tent is a show all its own. From the moment you pay for your ticket, you are swept away into a world of wonder and excitement. Walking in amazement you might see people like you’ve never seen before—like a bearded lady or a man who can twist his body into a pretzel.

Bewildered at what you are seeing, you might stumble across a juggler, a man eating fire or a woman swallowing swords! Perhaps it’s food you are looking for, and there is certainly no lack of that. Just take your pick from fried dough covered in powdered sugar, sweet pink cotton candy, caramel popcorn with peanuts or maybe a hotdog loaded with relish. Above you, swinging and rolling rides provoke screams of terror and laughter from the people on board. Hopefully your stomach feels up to a twirl in one. Once you’ve satisfied your stomach and your senses, you can stroll towards the big tent.

Inside the big top you’ll see performance rings in the middle of the tent which are surrounded by a large track. Circling this track all the way around the tent are seats for you and the rest of the audience. With the seats filled, the ringmaster makes his entrance in a colorful top hat and tails. He is in charge of introducing the various acts that you’ll be treated to like the tigers jumping through hoops of fire, horse riders performing balancing acts on the backs of moving horses, flying trapeze artists and silly clowns.

Towards the end of this great show, you might just see some elephants that look larger than life next to the ringmaster.

When the show comes to a conclusion, you will be completely satisfied and will most likely marvel for days to come about what you just saw. It’s not every day that the circus comes to town and it is not an opportunity to be missed!
