Create your own festive, one of a kind gift tags at home. You can put them on gifts or hang them as decoration.

All you need is some heavy paper, scissors and something to make the tags shine a bit. Try it!

• Heavy colored paper
• Glue stick
• White craft glue
• Scissors
• Ruler
• Ribbon, yarn or cord
• Pieces of fabric
• Bits of colored paper and magazine pictures
• Cut out pictures from last years’ holiday cards
• Small found objects or toys
• Beads, glitter, etc.

1. Arrange your items on the paper. Move them around until it looks “just right” to you.
2. Glue all of your decorations to the paper. Use the glue stick for paper and the craft glue for heavier objects.
3. If you want, you can cut them into holiday shapes like a bell or angel. It’s best to cut out the shapes after everything is glued on.
4. When the glue is dry, punch a hole at the top of the tag and tie on a short piece of ribbon or cord
