Spring Is Here
Spring officially begins on the vernal equinox, which occurs this year on March 21. The equinox is a special day when the sun is directly over the equator. After the equinox in the Northern Hemisphere, the days will keep getting longer and longer until the Summer Solstice - the longest day of the year. After this day, the weather keeps getting nicer, and if you live in a snowy region you can expect it to start to melt. Seasonal plants will start to grow, and green starts to appear. Even if you live where it’s green all year round, temperatures start to climb and a couple months away, summer is waiting. Are you ready?
