Homemade Ice Cream
Everybody loves ice cream! Try making your own personal ice cream right inside a small plastic bag. This homemade ice cream will be delicious, creamy, and just the right size for you. Because you made it yourself, it will probably taste a little better than anything you buy too.
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons whole milk
- 1/2 cup rock salt
- 1 pint size ziploc bag
- 1 gallon size ziploc bag
- Mix the sugar, cream, milk, and vanilla together and place in the smaller bag and seal
- Place the ice and rock salt in the larger bag
- Place the smaller bag inside the larger bag and seal
- Shake the bag until the mixture in the smaller bag turns into an ice cream texture (about 10 minutes)
- You may want to place the smaller bag in the freezer for a few minutes to make a harder consistency
- Top with chocolate syrup, brownies, sprinkles, and a cherry on top, or anything you desire.
