Homemade Ice Cream
Here’s a delicious and simple recipe for homemade ice-cream that is probably just the right size for you. You don’t need an ice cream maker or similar machine to make it either.
It will take a fair amount of energy on your part to produce, but you’ll easily replenish those calories with the ice cream once it is done, frozen and ready for you to eat!
You are likely to enjoy this as much as any ice cream that you have ever eaten, anywhere!
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons whole milk
- 1/2 cup rock salt
- 1 pint size ziploc bag
- 1 gallon size ziploc bag
- Mix the sugar, cream, milk, and vanilla together and place in the smaller bag and seal
- Place the ice and rock salt in the larger bag
- Place the smaller bag inside the larger bag and seal
- Shake the bag until the mixture in the smaller bag turns into an ice cream texture (about 10 minutes)
- You may want to place the smaller bag in the freezer for a few minutes to make a harder consistency
- Top with chocolate syrup, sprinkles, or anything you desire
- Enjoy!
