How to Play the Game

Match-the-Blocks is a Mahjong Solitaire puzzle game. When you start the game you'll see a 5-level pyramid of Chevron Cars blocks. Click on two blocks with matching pictures to make both blocks disappear. Your task is to clear as many blocks off the screen as you can in the least amount of time.

The trick to the game is that you can only click on a block that is not blocked in on both its left and right side. Pay close attention to what level the block is on when you click it, and make sure the pictures match, since some of the cars may look similar at first. Also, try finding matching blocks on the top of the pyramid first, so you can uncover more blocks as you play.

Game Scoring

In order for your game score to be counted, make sure that you're logged in to your ChevronCars.com account before launching the puzzle game. You start the game with a score of 1,000 points and the timer at zero. Play as fast as you can, because the clock keeps ticking, and with each tick of the clock, you lose one point. Every time you match the blocks, you add 100 points to your score. The object of the game is to clear the blocks with the best score you can get, in the least amount of time.

Use the HINT button if you get stuck. You'll lose 100 points when you use it, but you'll also gain 100 points for matching the blocks. If you get to a point where there are still some blocks on the screen and there are no more matches left, then click the DONE button and enter your Game Name to record your score (do not enter your real name or email address).
