How many Chevron Cars are there?

There are 56 Chevron Cars. This includes the regular Chevron Cars, the Limited Edition cars, and the Special Edition Breast Cancer Awareness cars. In addition to 56 Chevron Cars, these are 4 Autopia Cars and 4 Chevron Mini Cars. See a complete list of all of the cars in the Meet the Cars section of this website.

When did the first car come out?

The very first Chevron Cars were released in May 1996 and were Sam Sedan, Tony Turbo and Wendy Wagon.

Are more cars coming out?

Yes. Usually, each year new cars are released at different times. To stay informed about new car releases, special offers, back-in-stock items and more, you can subscribe to the free Chevron Cars Newsletter.

Where can I purchase cars?

If you are over 18, you can purchase cars in the Toy Store section of this website, or at participating Chevron retailers in your area.

What are the Breast Cancer Awareness cars?

There are several of these cars, made to promote awareness of breast cancer. The original (Hope 2001) was released in October 2001 at select Chevron stations, and each year since then, a new Special Edition car has been released. You can learn more about these car in the Meet the Cars section of this website.

Do Chevron toy cars contain lead based paint?

No, lead based paint is not used in the production of Chevron toy cars. All pigments used in the production of the toy cars are tested for lead before and after they are used.
